Offer to add your own title for the graphic
After purchasing a poster, the customer is given the option of giving his own title, which will be added to the specific poster and displayed on the website next to the image.
Offer Policy:
1. The proposed title cannot be vulgar or offensive to any social group, nationality or ethnic group in any way.
2. The title should refer to the content of the given graphic in artistic terms.
3. A title can only be proposed for posters that have not yet been titled.
4. The title may be proposed only for the poster or posters purchased by a given client.
5. The final decision about adding a given title is made by the artist (reasons for the rejection of the title do not have to be given, although they can).
6. This proposal is not binding on either party and is only a nod to the customer who has decided to purchase.
7. At the client's request (if the title is accepted), the title can be signed with his name, nickname or initials,
e.g. Image title: “Clear Days” was given by John Doe (J.D) (Jdemo) on 05/01/2023.
Sale and shipping
1. The sale applies only to the physical image carrier (printout, poster) and not to the digital version of the image. Sale does not include passpartout and frame.
2. Some posters may have different colors (shades, saturation, etc.) due to different settings of users' monitors. The store has no influence on the colors and shades displayed on the buyer's monitor, therefore returns for this reason cannot be accepted, unless there are exceptional circumstances. In such cases, it is possible to negotiate an agreement that should be acceptable to both parties.

4. Some posters may be graphically modified (corrections that were not noticed before they were placed in the gallery), but if there are such changes after placing the order, the customer will be informed about it and will receive the poster after the corrections for approval.
5. Payment for shipping is charged only once, unless the order size exceeds (including the package) 1 kg. In this case, the customer will be informed by e-mail with details of the possible surcharge.

6. The time from order to shipment is from 1 to 5 working days (usually the shipment is sent within 2 days). After sending, the customer will receive relevant information.
7. Estimated time from dispatch to receipt of the package given for different regions according to Norwegian Post:
a) Scandinavia 4-14 days Plus printing time (for A2 sizes) 1-4 days
b) Europe 4-14 days Plus printing time (for A2 sizes) 1-4 days
c) US 4-28 Days Plus printing time (for A2 sizes) 1-4 days

8. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If your purchase involves multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an explicit statement (e.g., a letter, email, or using our withdrawal form) indicating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can use the following contact details:
Once you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you are required to return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The goods should be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
In some cases, the right to withdraw may not apply. For example, you do not have the right to cancel in the following situations:
The product was damaged by the buyer
The contract concerns goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

Information about posters/prints
1. All posters are created digitally. A number of different graphic programs (processing, scaling) are used for the final effect.
2. Currently, we offer prints in sizes A3 (29,7x42cm), A4 (21x29,7cm) and A2 (42x59,4cm). However, it is possible to customize the printout at the customer's request. For example, an A4 image can be printed on A3 size paper, which will add a white background to the artwork. Please contact us if you have any questions.
3. Poster sizes are likely to be increased to 40x50cm and 50x70cm in the future. However, it takes time and possible sales proceeds.
4. All posters, images and graphics present on the site are the property of the author and Hidden Arts brand.
5. Matte/glossy Paper Heavy Weight (167g) is used for poster printing. Of course, other types of paper can be used if the customer wishes.
6. Each poster contains its unique print number. In the future, selected works will also be limited below this number.
7. Selected poster is signed with the artist's signature and a copy number. At the customer's request, these signatures can be made on the reverse of the printout.
